Which is why i am considering them. Joined feb 3, 2009 · 115 posts. I also like the weight rating on both. In the end i just looking for a good tire that will be quiet on the street and perform well in rain, snow, or rocky trail. The toyo at iii's are 115t in 275/60/20. Per toyo's website in the at3 description with a strong focus on wet performance.
Toyo's are also 13lbs lighter per tire. I have done my best to discuss, at length, all the important characteristics of both the models.
To me i think the ko2s and the falken at3ws are at the top of the list for good ats on a pickup truck (i would also add duratracs, and if the reviews are to be believed, the new toyos belong in that tier). Apples to oranges on the truck though it was a 2008 silverado so about as much power as a miata. This is due to the same shortcomings that the tire faces in wet conditions against the open country at3. These are the two tires i have it narrowed down to. What follows is a bit of a comparison/review and a few things i learned about the ct from toyo tech for those interested.

The at2's are e load range (10 ply) and should fit the bill pretty nicely as we do tow a 24' travel trailer. I have no experience with either tire.
